Architecture, not a promise

Your signing workflow does not become our document store.

SignBolt performs PDF operations and certificate signing inside the desktop app. The server handles the account around the product—not the files moving through it.

The document path stays on the device.

Put it into practice

Plan your first batch of signed PDFs

A repeatable workflow for CA firms, finance teams and other businesses handling recurring PDF signing.

  1. Check your certificate

Use a valid signing certificate and install the driver required by your DSC token. Keep access to the token and PIN under the authorized signer’s control.

  2. Check placement before processing

Test a representative PDF first. Confirm the page, signature appearance and certificate, then apply the appropriate placement settings to the batch.

  3. Review output and exceptions

Keep source and signed files in separate folders. Review errors and verify a sample of signed PDFs before dispatch. Watch-folder automation is available in the Pro plan.

Questions, answered

Know exactly where SignBolt fits

Clear answers on local processing, plans, certificates, and deployment.

What is SignBolt?

SignBolt is a Windows desktop application for signing PDFs in batches with digital signature certificates. It is designed for finance, HR, compliance, operations, and other teams that handle recurring document signing.

Are my documents uploaded to the cloud?

No. PDF reading, signing, and output generation happen on your Windows computer. Your source documents and private signing keys stay within your local environment.

What is included in each plan?

Basic includes unlimited signing, batch processing, signature appearance controls, certificate support, protected PDFs, and local history. Standard adds templates, text-search placement, multiple signatures, PDF merge and split, and DOCX conversion. Pro adds watch-folder automation, email templates, PAdES LTV signatures, and advanced reports.

How much does SignBolt cost?

Basic costs ₹149 monthly or ₹1,499 yearly, Standard costs ₹249 monthly or ₹2,499 yearly, and Pro costs ₹349 monthly or ₹3,499 yearly. Prices exclude 18% GST, and every plan includes unlimited PDF signing with no per-document charges.

Which certificate types are supported?

SignBolt supports USB DSC tokens, PFX or P12 certificate files, and certificates available through the Windows Certificate Store.

Can I sign documents without an internet connection?

The signing workflow itself runs locally. Account sign-in, subscription management, checkout, and application updates use online services. Offline activation tokens can support approved disconnected environments.

How do team bundles work?

A team bundle starts at five total licenses and can mix Basic, Standard, and Pro seats. Bundles receive 15% off at 5–10 licenses and 25% off at 11–25 licenses. Organizations needing 26 or more licenses can request custom terms.

Which Windows versions are supported?

The current SignBolt desktop installer is built for 64-bit Windows systems, including supported Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
